The scope and sequence of Elmira College's Master of Science in Education degree can be completed within 12-15 months.
Earn your MSEd degree in one year, on your time.
Our Master of Science in Education (MSEd) programs give you the flexibility you need to balance work, life, and studying. The programs are 100% online and consist of 10 to 12 courses, totaling 30 to 36 semester credits, and can be completed in 12 months. Students complete in-person field experiences, through practice and student teaching, in their local area.

The Master of Science in Education: Adolescence Education 7-12 is an intensive cohort model for those with a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, Social Studies/History, or a related field.
The Literacy: Birth to Grade 12 graduate program is for individuals who possess or have recently applied for initial certification in any content area.
The General Education graduate program provides flexibility in designing a plan of study suited to individual academic and professional goals.
