A Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS), or graduate certificate, is ideal if you already hold a baccalaureate or advanced study degree and want to gain subject-matter expertise.

Admissions and Program Prerequisites

Admission into one of Elmira College’s graduate certificate programs requires:

  • A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum undergraduate cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or approval by the Director of Graduate & Professional Studies.
