Advance or launch your career in leadership with Elmira College’s online Master of Science (MS) in General Management.
People aren’t born leaders — they’re made. That’s why Elmira College’s Master of Science in Management program centers on performance-based experiences that will help you build real-world skills and knowledge for success in any industry.
Designed for ambitious working professionals, recent graduates, and aspiring executives, our flexible online graduate management degree equips you with practical skills to lead teams and drive organizational growth. Individuals who hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field can apply.
With our flexible scheduling, you can complete your MS in General Management or Sports Management online in as little as one year. The program consists of 10 courses, six core management courses and four specialization courses, totaling 30 credits. You’ll enjoy small class sizes with a personalized experience.

You’ll pick one specialization area in our MS in Management program: General Management or Sports Management.
Our General Management specialization is the right choice if you’re planning a career in management, are a current manager, or have aspirations for career advancement. You’ll take six core MS in Management courses plus four courses specific to general management, including Operations and Project Management and Marketing for Managers.
For those passionate about athletic leadership, our specialization in Sports Management prepares you for high-growth roles in a multi-billion-dollar global industry.
In addition to your general management courses, you’ll also take four courses specific to the sports management industry, including Sports Marketing, Media, and Fan Engagement and Sports Operations, Facilities, and Event Management.

Our program is designed to be completed within one year. You may choose to take two years if you are only enrolled part-time.
