John Savash, Associate Professor of Accounting at Elmira College, was recently elected Vice President of the Executive Board of the New York Government Finance Officer's Association (NYGFOA).
Savash has held a leadership position on the NYGFOA Executive Board since 2010.
NYGFOA is a professional organization supporting those who work in and support the field of government finance. The organization's goal is to provide members with the most valuable learning opportunities, up-to-date information, and networking resources.
