Rachel is an Elmira College graduate. She received her bachelor's degree in Nursing from Elmira College in 2014, and completed her master's degree in Nursing in Adult Gerontology Primary Care at Keuka College before becoming a certified Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC in 2019. Rachel's background in nursing has been in medical surgical/ trauma, neuro, stroke, as well as five years in public health providing preventative care in women's health. She is a mom of two and loves to travel and be with her 3 dogs.

Prior to coming to Elmira College full-time, her career spanned 20 years at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania. She worked as a nurse's aide until becoming a Registered Nurse in 2009. In addition, she has been working as an adjunct clinical nursing instructor for Elmira College's Nursing Department since 2017. She received her Associates Degree from Tompkins Cortland Community College in Dryden, New York. She went on to receive her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Phoenix Online in 2015. She is presently near the end of completing her Master's Degree in Nursing Education from Capella University Online. When she is not working or writing a paper, she is a skin care consultant, she loves to cook, loves to spend time with her family and enjoy spending time in the sunshine.

Lisa Garrity currently lives in Waverly, New York with her husband of almost 25 years. They have three children, four dogs and a bird.

Sue is the Medical Secretary at Clarke Health Center at Elmira College. She graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology for Medical Assistant certification in 2011. Upon graduating, she started employment with Southern Tier Pediatrics in Elmira. She has worked for the Clarke Health Center since September 23, 2015. She is married with two children.
