Living on Campus

While Elmira's dining program focuses on craftsmanship and offering fresh, creative, seasonal, and made-from-scratch meals to fuel your body. The clubs and organizations at Elmira are as diverse as its students. Enjoy free admission to performances in Gibson Theatre or Watson Arena, or join in on game nights, on-campus concerts, and DIY fun; even work out in our fitness center, take a yoga class, or participate in recreational sports.

Student Events & Activities

The Soaring Eagles

There's nothing like the electrifying energy of a home basketball game and stands full of students, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends cheering on their Soaring Eagles. Elmira College offers 16 varsity athletics teams, including seven men's, seven women's, and two co-ed teams. The Soaring Eagles compete at the Division III level and have captured six national championships, including three in women's ice hockey and three in cheerleading.
