Elmira College campus housing prices are per term.
The cost for a freshman double room ($3,970) is considered the base housing rate. To calculate how much more you can expect to pay if you upgrade to a single room as a freshman, or for housing as you progress through your sophomore, junior, and senior years, subtract the base rate ($3,970) from the listed room rate.
