Open to the public, the Octagon Fair is a community-wide, family-oriented event on the Elmira College campus each fall during Family Weekend, Alumni Reunion, and Turf Dedications.
Octagon Fair showcases our very own talented student-run clubs and organizations. Crafters, vendors, authors, and entertainers from the greater Elmira, New York community are also invited to participate in the fun-filled day. There are games for children, performances, food trucks, and more!
The EC Alumni Board awards student club prizes for best presentations at the fair and hosts fundraisers to support their mission.

Vendor registration is $75.00. Octagon Fair is outdoors, rain or shine. You will need to bring your own table and chairs. Vendor spaces are roughly 10x10 and will allow for a pop-up tent. Food trucks will need to provide their own electricity and water. Restrooms will be available.
Vendor check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. under the Meier Hall archway (details and a campus map will be given closer to the event). There will be guest wifi. Sign-in information will be given closer to the event. Refunds will not be issued. Money from registration is used towards the event (i.e. permits, live music, promotions, etc.).
