The Octagon Fair is a community-wide, family-oriented event held on the Elmira College campus each fall. Octagon Fair will be Saturday, September 28 from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on the main Elmira College Campus during Family Weekend.
Octagon Fair showcases our very own talented student-run clubs and organizations. Crafters, vendors, authors, and entertainers from the greater Elmira, NY community are also invited to participate in the fun-filled day. The EC Alumni Board awards student club prizes for best presentations at the fair as well as hosts fundraisers to support their mission. Vendor registration closes September 20, 2024.
This event is outdoors. You will need to bring your own table and chairs. Your vendor space is roughly 10X10 and will allow for a pop-up tent.
Vendor check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. under the Meier Hall archway (details and a campus map will be given closer to the event). There will be guest wifi. Sign-in information will be given closer to the event. Refunds will not be issued. Money from registration is used towards the event (i.e. permits, live music, promotions, etc.).
