Elmira College students, faculty, staff, and community members are invited to “have fun at the circus” during this year’s Elmira College Dance Marathon (ECDM), which will benefit the Children's Miracle Network (CMN) at Arnot Ogden Medical Center. There will be many big raffle items and food is provided thanks to generous community donations.
This year, the theme is “The Greatest Cause” and the public is welcome to participate. Organizers hope to raise $10,000 and are seeking more dance teams and donations. Last year, ECDM participants raised $5,849. Since ECDM was founded in 2015, the event has raised more than $65,000 for CMN at Arnot Health. These funds help address high-risk maternity and newborn intensive care needs.

“Throughout the three years I’ve participated in ECDM, I have seen the impact that the Children’s Miracle Network has had on many families and it's incredible! We all know someone who has benefited from this organization. If everyone donated a dollar, we could reach our goal, and most importantly, a single dollar helps to change the lives of many children!” said Hailey Clancy ’24, ECDM Overall Executive.
