Our Master of Science in Education (MSEd) programs offer online courses, giving you the flexibility you need to balance work, life, and studying. The programs consist of 10 to 12 courses, totaling 30 to 36 semester credits, which can be completed in 12-15 months.

Pursuant to Â§52.21 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education, the educator programs offered by Elmira College are considered to be continuously accredited for purposes of meeting the New York State requirement that all such programs maintain continuous accreditation.
Adolescence Education 7-12
The Master of Science in Education (MSED): Adolescence Education 7-12 is an intensive cohort model for those with a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following majors: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, Social Studies/History or related field.
Literacy: Birth to 12
The Literacy: Birth to Grade 12 graduate program is for individuals who possess or have recently applied for initial certification in any content area.
The General Education graduate program provides flexibility in designing a plan of study suited to individual academic and professional goals.
