The annual Women's and Gender Studies symposium, named for Elmira College alum Julia Reinstein '28, will be held from January 25-27. These events are free and open to the campus community. The theme this year is Jane Austen's book Emma.
Please join us for the keynote address, "Racial Indirect Discourse in Jane Austen's Emma (1815)," which will be from Cornell graduate student Victoria Baugh. The keynote address will be held in the Cowles Chapel from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Friday January 27.
