Students in the CSD program will learn diagnostics, assessment, intervention, and treatment, for individuals with difficulty communicating. We also help students to develop critical thinking skills, clinical decision analysis, and effective communication when working in an interdisciplinary medical team. Our program focuses not only on classroom instruction but also requires all junior and senior level students to provide clinical services with the assistance and direction of a clinical supervisor.
Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists work in a variety of settings and with hugely diverse populations.
