Elmira College is excited to welcome Parkhurst Dining to the campus community. Parkhurst is renovating the Campus Center dining hall and bringing new menus, new ideas, and a fresh new look.

The changes to the dining hall started today. All of the furniture was cleared out and donated to local non-profit organizations including the Frontline Family Church and Let Elmira Live Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income, at risk families in Elmira.

Stay tuned for more updates and be sure to follow the dining hall improvements throughout the summer on the College’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat accounts.

Hello New Friends!
It is time to reconnect!  Reconnect with your food that is.  We are Parkhurst Dining, and we are thrilled to bring a fresh approach to food to Elmira College
Upon arriving back to campus this fall, you can look forward to a new dining experience.  We are passionate about providing authentic food and flavors that are handcrafted and personally designed by our chefs for you every day.

That means our chefs take production into their own hands – chopping, dicing, peeling and cooking from scratch with real ingredients (nothing from a package here).  It is at the core of who we are, and we embrace it.
We actively look for and work with local farmers and growers to nourish our meals and you with real food.  We are Parkhurst Dining, and we celebrate the opportunity to bring to you a food service more valuable than any currency, one that allows you to reconnect with your food and with each other.
Are you hungry yet?  We hope you are!   Check out this video to get a better sense of our passion and the authentic culinary experiences we’re serving up.
