What are your plans for the future?
I plan on enrolling in a PhD program in Clinical Neuropsychology. I hope to combine my interests in both Psychology and Speech Pathology by working with individuals with neurologically based language disorders.

Did you participate in an overnight when you were a perspective student? Did it help you with your decision?
I participated in an overnight visit even though I was set on coming to Elmira. It definitely helped confirm my decision to attend the college. Now as an Overnight Coordinator, I plan the overnight visits of prospective students in hopes that they too will have a great overnight visit like I did!

Have any faculty members or administrators helped you? How?
The entire faculty and administrators have been extraordinarily helpful to me. Whether I need advice, someone to talk to, or just someone to believe in me, they have been there. I have never once questioned whether I could go to one of my professors with help on an assignment or just for advice. In particular, Dr. Lovett has been extremely helpful in aiding me with grad school preparations and my future career, and Dr. Terry and Dr. Bizub have been very supportive in helping me start a new club on campus! And I cannot forget about all the help from my advisor!

How did your EC scholarship benefit you or help you make your college decision?
Receiving the Presidental Scholarship made coming to Elmira College possible. It has made college completely affordable!
