“Elmira College has given me lasting memories through its traditions and strong community like atmosphere."

What did you like about community service, encore, core, or the freshmen writing program?
I did my community service at the local high school because I knew that I wanted to go into education. I really enjoyed the community service experience because it allowed me to get out into the community and see what was out there. It also helped solidify my plans for the future in going into education. I enjoyed getting to know people outside of campus and learning about the profession.

Explain any experiences you’ve had on a sports team, or with a coach.
The Elmira College Women’s Soccer team has really given me many lasting memories. The combination of my teammates, coaches, and traditions at Elmira has given me one of the best opportunities that I could ever experience here. The soccer team has been my family here at EC!

Have any faculty members or administrators helped you? How?
My Coaches, Dr. Egan, and all of the Professors that I have had at Elmira have helped me. They always have their doors open for you if you need help.
