| 2010-11 Season
Appeared in 24 games in his second season, playing between the pipes for over 1,400 minutes. MacDonald finished the season with an impressive 16-3-4 overall record this season, which is the most wins and EC goalie has had since the 2007-08 season. The Ontario net-minder ranked in the top 10 on the national level in four major goalie statistical categories. He finished the season ranked 3rd in save percentage (.930), 5th in shutouts (3), 7th in win percentage (.783), and 9th in GAA (2.16). MacDonald's efforts in net this season place him amongst EC greats. His save percentage is the best percentage in EC history, his three shutouts is tied for second most in a single season, and his GAA ranks third on EC's All-Time single season list. For his efforts between the pipes he was named to the AHCA Division III All-American Second Team.
2009-10 Season
Appeared in three games in his rookie season, recording 179 minutes, making 56 saves, and allowing only five goals for the Soaring Eagles.
