Students become increasingly aware of the need for human service, appreciate the concept of volunteerism, develop compassion for those in need, and experience the rewards of community involvement. The College expects that adequate supervision for the experience be provided by the host organization and that the student and the identified supervisor work together to track and verify the required number of hours worked.
