EC Ambassadors
Provides student volunteers to visit local high schools for Admissions.

Orientation Leaders
Assists with Summer Registrations, Fall Orientation, and Parents’ Weekend. Volunteers recruited during Term II. Executive committee chosen via interview process in November.

Overnight Hosts
Students volunteer to work with the Office of Admissions to host prospective students for overnight visits to gain a sense of EC life.

PAL — Pupils Assisted in Learning
Provides companionship to disadvantaged children in the Elmira area.

Red Cross Club
Promotes and advances the goals of the American Red Cross on the Elmira College campus.

Relay for Life (Colleges Against Cancer)
Supports the American Cancer Society’s fund drive for breast cancer research in conjunction with Relay for Life’s Race for the Cure.

Rotaract Club
Campus group affiliated with Rotary.

SCOPE — Student Coalition of Peer Educators
Works with students to ease pressures related to academic, social, emotional, and cultural issues.

SWADE — Students Working for Alcohol and Drug Education
Educates campus community on making responsible decisions regarding alcohol use. Provides activities as an alternative to drinking alcohol.
