College life is exciting but can also be challenging in many ways, even overwhelming at times. If you experience issues or concerns that make life difficult, take the courageous step toward regaining your balance. See a counselor. By talking with a counselor you will embark on a journey to change what needs to be changed in order for you to feel happy and be successful.
The Office of Counseling Services, located in the Clarke Health Center, is a safe place to talk about any concern including stress, loneliness, anxiety, depression, making adjustments, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, identity, mental health, and family or other issues.
Together, we can work with your current situation in a confidential setting where you can begin to see yourself in new ways.
On average, about 30% of Elmira College students see a counselor each year.
