Jillian Webb joins the Elmira College coaching staff for her
first season as the Assistant Women’s Softball Coach
and Head JV Women’s Softball Coach. Webb, a 2011
graduate of Georgetown University, played four seasons in the
highly competitive Big East Conference. This includes playing a 60
game schedule against different conferences across the country.
During her summers Webb spent her time as the head coach for the
Lady Vols Under-8 and Under-6 teams. She was accountable for the
development of 12 girls each year, ranging in age from four to
nine. As head coach, Webb was responsible for running and managing
two practices and two to three games per week.
When she is not playing or coaching softball Webb can be seen
volunteering in the community, whether it is participating in Relay
for Life events or the Walk for Autism.
Webb is pursuing a Master’s degree in General Education
at Elmira College.
