Katie Augustine-Moore enters her fifth year as Head
Women's Lacrosse and Assistant Field Hockey coach at Elmira
College.
In her four seasons at the helm, Coach Augustine-Moore has created
a strong program. In four seasons, Augustine-Moore has coached
multiple Empire 8 All-Conference selections including the 2009
Empire 8 Rookie of the year.
Augustine-Moore, who came to Elmira in the Fall of 2006, was a four
year starting goalie at Saint Mary’s College of
California. While at Saint Mary’s, Augustine-Moore set
an NCAA record for most saves in a game in 2005, and was named team
captain in that same season.
From August 2005 to July 2006, Augustine-Moore was involved with
the St. James Independent School for Girls Lacrosse team in London,
England and the Hitchin Lacrosse Development Program in Hitchin,
England. While working with both these programs, she was
responsible for all aspects of skill development, game time
strategies, and recruiting.
Augustine-Moore currently holds a Master's degree in General
Education from Elmira College.
