Amber Myers-Fleming enters her sixth year as the Head
Cheerleading Coach at Elmira after cheering on the
nationally-ranked Slippery Rock University cheerleading squad. In
her first year with the program Myers-Fleming led the Soaring
Eagles to its second NCA Division II National Championship.
Myers-Fleming is a former Elite Cheerleading instructor and has
also done work for the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA). In
2005, Myers-Fleming received a Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration from Slippery Rock University. Myers-Fleming is
originally from Pittsburgh, PA where she has also coached and
choreographed for various high schools and organizations in the
area.
Along with her coaching responsibilities, Myers-Fleming is pursuing
her master's degree in Business Management at Elmira College.
Kelly Donahue, a 2008 graduate of the University of Hartford,
earned a B.S. in Early Childhood Education.
During her time at UHA, Kelly cheered her freshman year and was the
Executive Vice President of Sigma Kappa Sorority. Kelly is also a
member of the Kappa Delta PI (National Education Honor Society).
She is also AACCA certified.
After moving to Elmira, Kelly perused her career as a Preschool
Teacher, not long after becoming the Interim Director for the YWCA
Child Care Center.
In addition to her responsibilities as Assistant Cheerleading
Coach, Kelly will serve as the Head Junior Varsity Cheerleading
Coach. Kelly will also be pursuing a Master’s Degree in
General Education at Elmira College.
