Women's Tennis Defeated by Cortland 3-6

Cortland, NY - The women's tennis team was defeated by SUNY Cortland by the score of 3-6.  Women's tennis overall record now drops to 1-5 overall. 

In doulbes action Danielle Oaxaca '09 and Mercedes Robinson-Neff '10 won their match by the score of 8-6.  Jen Rock '07 and Desiree Calderella '10 also won their doubles match by the score of 8-4

In the singles matches Oaxaca won her match by the scores of 6-2 and 6-0.  This marks the second single match in a row that Oaxaca has won for the Soaring Eagles. 

Women's tennis will now head to Nazareth College on September 29th.  The match is scheduled for 4 p.m.
