
Peter Feola '94 will be officiating at the Winter Olympics

Fourteen years ago, Peter Feola's pursuit of a career as a
professional hockey player came to an end with a bum ankle and no
contract renewal from the minor league Muskegon Fury.
That twist of fate didn't stop the 39-year-old Irondequoit resident from fulfilling his dream of taking to the ice with the best players in the world.
Today, the former Gates Chili High and Elmira College hockey star earns his stripes officiating at the game's highest levels outside of the National Hockey League.
