Edgar Snyder & Associates, a law firm representing
injured people, is pleased to announce the appointment of Attorney James
C. Heneghan '86. Attorney Heneghan has nearly 17 years of law expertise with
his primary focus in Personal Injury litigation.
Attorney Heneghan earned his Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University
School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Elmira College in 1986.
Attorney Heneghan is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum
limited to only those attorneys who have won million and multi-million
dollar verdicts and settlements. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania
Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Western
Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Allegheny County Bar
Association, and American Bar Association. Attorney Heneghan is admitted
to practice law in the Middle and Western Districts of the Federal
Courts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the
Third Circuit.
A Franklin Park resident, Attorney Heneghan is a part-time professor at
Robert Morris University where he teaches law courses to MBA and
undergraduate students. He is also a presenter for the National Bar
Institute.
