International Student Financial Aid Apply Online to Elmira College

International Student Reading If you have successfully completed the Michigan English Placement Test and are recommended by our director of ESL, you may be eligible to enroll in credit-bearing college classes in addition to your ESL courses. You may also be eligible to enroll in full-time study at Elmira College upon successful completion of the ESL Program.

Elmira College offers a strong general liberal arts curriculum enhanced by studies in communication, international studies and the sciences. Elmira is one of only 268 colleges and universities in the United States with a prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society charter.
