Financial aid must be renewed annually. Once Term III grades are posted, beginning in June, award letters are mailed to students who have completed the required paperwork.

Scholarships will be renewed based on required cumulative GPA at the end of Term III

Should a student’s grade point average fall below the requirement at the end of the academic year, the student may apply for a need-based grant from the College and other assistance by completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) www.fafsa.gov
If the grade point average is achieved at the end of future academic years, but no later than the end of the student’s fourth year at the College, the scholarship will be reinstated and the student’s account will be credited with the difference between the scholarship and any need-based grant from the College.

Federal Direct Stafford Loan limits are:
Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan (application completed annually; maximum amount is cost minus financial aid)
Student employment earnings, outside awards and monthly payments plans are options to reduce your remaining balance.
