Beth At Elmira – Facebook
I attended Elmira College for my undergraduate degree, as a triple major in English Literature, Criminal Justice, and Political Science with a minor in Sociology. I am now pursuing my Master’s in General Management at EC, concentrating on the field of Marketing.
New Jersey, Long Island, Westchester County, the five boroughs, and the Hudson Valley.
I work with students from all of my travel areas and am also the Adviser for the Overnight Program at Elmira. This program allows prospective students the opportunity to stay overnight with a current student at EC, as well as attend classes in an academic area of interest, club meetings, eat the cuisine, and stay in a typical dorm room. This is a great way for students interested in Elmira College to ensure that the College is a great “fit” for them for the next four years.
Favorite place on campus:
My favorite place on campus is the 1855 room. It is the perfect place to sit down with friends and grab a bite to eat or order a quick latte before class. The atmosphere is great with a movie displayed on the big screen, or music playing in the background.
Favorite place to shop:
Vintage to Vogue in Newport, Rhode Island. You can never have too many vintage little black dresses!
Favorite Class during Undergrad:
Moby Dick and American Culture.
I was a two-time Junior Olympic finalist for figure skating.
