Women's Studies Minor

Requirements for Minor

The Women's Studies minor is comprised of 21 credit hours, six of which are fulfilled by the required WMS 1000 and WMS 4590 courses (3 credits each). The remainder of the minor consists of 15 credit hours consisting of electives from courses listed or cross-listed as WMS, at least 3 credits of which must be in courses at the 3000 level or higher. Independent studies approved by the Coordinator of Women's Studies are acceptable as electives in the minor.
