I just received my Progress Update and it is missing an event that I attended. What do I have to do to get this problem corrected and receive credit?
What do I do if I forget my ID at a performance to still gain credit?
A friend and I purchased tickets for the same performance at different times but would like to sit together. Is it still possible to get seats together?
If I attend an Encore event during Term III do I still get credit?
It says "Sold Out" for a performance I wanted to attend. Is it still possible to get a ticket to see that event?
If I attend more than six events do I have to pay for the extra tickets?
If I attend more than six Encore events in one term, do the extras carry over to the next term?
I want to bring a friend from another school with me to an Encore event. What do I do?
