Mark Spicer, EC Faculty Recital

Before joining Elmira College faculty in 1986, Dr. Mark Spicer taught at Michigan State University, the Wausau Conservatory of Music, the University of Wisconsin Center System, and the University of North Texas. Dr. Spicer has performed in hundreds of recitals on piano and flute since the age of 9. His piano teachers include Penelope Cecchini and Ralph Votapek, a Van Cliburn Competition gold medalist. Dr. Spicer performs regularly on campus and throughout the Southern Tier.
