Exactly who has a disability and what accommodations are they entitled to? Dr. Lovett will discuss the intersection and conflicts between different sources of disability laws (statutes passed by Congress, cases decided by courts, and administrative regulations set by executive branch agencies), as well as what empirical research has to say about these laws.
