Workshop for Nurse Educators on Teaching in the Clinical Setting

A one day workshop on clinical teaching that will be held at Elmira College on November 7, 2008. The workshop will be presented by Dr. Linda Caputi. She has authored over 25 educational multimedia programs, 3 books on nursing education, produced and developed numerous videotapes, and published book chapters and journal articles. Dr. Caputi has presented her work nationally for over 15 years. Her work has won six awards from Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, two from American Journal of Nursing Company, and one from The Association for Educational Communication and Technology. Dr. Caputi is on the editorial staff for Advance for Nurses, serves on the National League for Nursing’s Research Committee and has been elected to the League’s Board of Governors.   The workshop will provide CEUs.
